NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-000425-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth, Florida, wherein CANDIE L. KIRKELL, CO-TRUSTEE OF THE MILDRED L. CARVIN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 1, 2002, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE PAUL L CARVIN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 26, 1999 N/K/A BARRY CARVIN, CRYSTAL POINTE AT CORAL LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., A/K/A CRYSTAL POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and CORAL LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
