NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Sale entered in Case No. 052024CA058031XXCABC on October 20, 2025 of the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida in favor of Plaintiff, ROYAL OAK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, and against Defendants, ALTHEA TRACY KING (OWNER). The clerk of court, Rachel M. Sadoff, will sell the property situated in Brevard County, Florida, described as:
