NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2025, entered in the above captioned case whereby E&Y Assets LLC as Trustee of the Genuine Investments Land Trust, dated October 21, 2025 is the Plaintiff and 3015 SE Ranch, LLC, Ranch Colony Property Owners' Association, Alessandra Simone Marx Torati and Mimi Kaminer-Carny are the Defendants are the Defendants, Carolyn Timmann as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://martin.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am EST on December 23, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
