NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2025, and entered in Case No. 012025CA001459XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the 8TH Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the M. Ley Bragg Revocable Living Trust; Unknown Successor Trustee of the M. Ley Bragg Revocable Living Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the M. Ley Bragg Revocable Living Trust; BROWNING HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, LLC: United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Alachua County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.alachua.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
