NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502024CC005712XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Pine Ridge South III Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Cesar Jose Garcia, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 20th day of April, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 324-A2, OF PINE RIDGE SOUTH III CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3504, PAGE 1830, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
