NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC009375XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein The Palm Beach House Condominium Association, Inc.. is the Plaintiff, and Yadira Trimino is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 25th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 1410, THE PALM BEACH HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2929, PAGE 1, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
