NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 25, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CC016399XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Condominium Association of Lakeside Village, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Michael D. Ingram as Personal Representative of the Estate of Linda J. Ingram, Deceased and Steven E. Ingram as Personal Representative of the Estate of Linda J. Ingram, Deceased are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 30th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 407 BUILDING NO. 23 OF LAKESIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2272, PAGE 638 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
