NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CC011255XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Lake Clarke Gardens Condominium, Inc.. is the Plaintiff, and Debra Drumm Ford and Terry L. Ford are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 a. m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 109, OF NO. 3 LAKE CLARKE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENT, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1657, PAGE 193, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
