NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2026, and entered in Case No. 24-001184CA in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA wherein THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, an agency of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff, and M & D HOMES FL LLC is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, martin.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1003 OF SUNSET TRACE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA.
