NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure datedApril 16, 2026 entered in Case No. 25-CA-005057 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein GERALD ALLEN MAYER, AS TRUSTEE, OF THE GERALD ALLEN MAYER TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 2, 2005; and MING WEI, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MING WEI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED October 30, 2001, are the Plaintiff(s) and 3432 LANTANA ST LLC, a Florida limited liability company; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th day of May, 2026 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
