NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Final In Rem Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 8, 2026 entered in Case No. 2019-CA-002705, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for MFRA Trust 2014-2 is the Plaintiff and Sherree P. Woods a/k/a Sheree Woods a/k/a Sherree Woods; Jim Woods a/k/a Jim Wood; Commodore Club Unit II, Inc.; Dawn Kluver, as Successor Trustee of the Commercial Trust Real Estate Services Land Trust dated June 9, 1995; Lawrence C. Murray; West Coast Florida Enterprises, Inc.; Mercantile Plaza Condominium Association of Naples, Inc. d/k/a Park Plaza Condominium Association of Naples, Inc.; Park Plaza, Inc; First Tennessee Bank National Association; Charles Wharton and Avid Rent a Car System, LLC are the Defendants.
