NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 30, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025-CA-003629, of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein Headlands Residential Series Owner Trust Series H, by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Spouses, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and all other Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Clifford Edward Belle, Sr. a/k/a Clifford E. Belle; Yvette Youlanda Belle; Diane R. Grundy; Carmen Susnelle Belle; Unknown Heirs, Spouses, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and all other Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Clifford Edward Belle, Jr.; Affrika Braneshia Belle a/k/a Affrika Belle; Brooklyn Greyer Belle a/k/a Brooklyn Belle and Judson Brantley, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court for Alachua County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale, at www.alachua.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM, on August 18, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE NORTH QUARTER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NORTH ¼ OF WEST ½ OF SOUTHWEST ¼ OF NORTHWEST ¼ ) OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 7 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS LOT 3 OF AN UNRECORDED SURVEY. LESS AND EXCEPT THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2226, PAGE 1674, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: A PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 7 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA. THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF COUNTY ROAD NW 14-A A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM THE SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE WEST A DISTANCE OF 300 FEET. THENCE RUN SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET. THENCE RUN EAST A DISTANCE OF 300 FEET. THENCE RUN NORTH A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
