Notice is given that on November 5, 2025, at 10:00am, in the foreclosure alcove located in the lobby of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County, located at 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, White Plains, New York 10601, the following personal property will be sold at public sale to the highest bidder to satisfy a bailee's lien: A gelding horse named Bahama Bleu; USEF No. 5800842; thirteen years old; breed Selle Francais, with a BAY color, and Microchip No.:250259806036100. The approximate value of the horse is between $75,000.00 and $100,000.00.
Goldens Bridge, Inc. DBA Heritage Farm, 19 Lalli Drive, Katonah, NY 10536 claims a lien against this property in the amount of $67,782.59 pursuant to New York State Lien Law §183. Lien holder claims a continuing charge of $227.15 per day ($6,814.51 per month/30 days), from October 1, 2025 until the day of the sale of the property.

The property described above shall be offered for sale pursuant to New York State Lien Law § 200. No bids lower than $82.000.00, shall be accepted. Goldens Bridge Inc. reserves the right to make the first bid.
The proceeds from the sale will be applied to the cost of the sale and to the lien, and any money that remains will be retained by Axelrod, Fingerhut & Dennis, the attorneys for the bailee, for the account of the owner. The property described above was to be claimed by Regina Hepburn more than 15 days prior to the publication of this notice.
Within ten (10) days after the service upon you of this notice of sale, you are entitled to commence a special proceeding pursuant to New York Lien Law §201-a to determine the validity of the lien.
