NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA008982XXXAMB (AO) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Woodstock Property Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Towana Wilson and City of West Palm Beach, Florida are Defendants, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 10th day of February, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot B, Block 14, WOODSTOCK, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 77. Said lands situate, lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
