Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 7, 2026 I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Basement Lobby of the Broome County Courthouse, 92 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 on April 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM, premises known as 2811 CRESCENT DRIVE, ENDWELL, NY 13760. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Union, County of Broome and State of New York, Section: 141.16, Block: 8, Lot: 32. Approximate amount of judgment is $35,538.86 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EFCA2023001719.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, the Mortgagee's attorney, or the Referee.
