NOTICE OF SALE SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Rockland, US Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for VRMTG Asset Trust, Plaintiff, vs. Joseph Klein, ET AL., Defendant(s). Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on March 21, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on April 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., premises known as 3 Centre Street a/k/a 3 Center Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Spring Valley, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 57.39, Block 2 and Lot 26. The approximate amount of judgment is $422,488.86 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to the provisions of filed Judgment Index #034016/2022. Cash will not be accepted.
