Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on September 23, 2024, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on April 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 9 Lake Region Boulevard, Monroe, NY 10950. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Monroe, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 11, Block 6 and Lot 78.
