NOTICE OF SALE SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Orange, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not Individually but as Trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, Plaintiff, vs. Mark DeNardo, ET AL., Defendant(s). Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on July 7, 2022, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on May 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 7 Angela's Way, Goshen, NY 10924. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Goshen, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 17, Block 3 and Lot 32. Approximate amount of judgment is $480,139.02 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #EF007658-2017. Cash will not be accepted.
