Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered 03/03/2026, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction, in the courtroom 209 at the Putnam Supreme Courthouse, 20 County Center, Carmel, NY 10512 on 5/11/2026 at 3:30PM, premises known as 19 Cornwall Hill Road, Patterson, NY 12563, and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Patterson, County of Putnam and State of New York.

The approximate amount of the current Judgment lien is $607,825.48 plus interest and costs. The Premises will be sold subject to provisions of the aforesaid Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale; Index # 501805/2019
