I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NY 10601 on June 11, 2026 at 9:30 AM premises known as 11 Willow Place, Mount Vernon, NY 10550.
Please take notice that this foreclosure auction shall be conducted in compliance with the Foreclosure Auction Rules for the Ninth Judicial District, Westchester County, and the COVID 19 Health Emergency Rules, including proper use of masks and social distancing.
