NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 14 2026, and entered in Case No.: 50-2025-CA-000657-XXXA-MB, of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein 711 12TH AVENUE NORTH LLC, is Plaintiff, and YANET BORKOWSKI, is Defendant. The Palm Beach County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of June, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
