Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on April 9, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on July 28, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 2 Bronico Drive, Garnerville, NY 10923. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of West Haverstraw, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 20.18, Block 2 and Lot 34. Approximate amount of judgment is $400,746.64 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #033383/2024. Cash will not be accepted.
