NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502026CA000694XXXAMB(AN) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Mizner Pointe of Boca Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Marynelly Valdettaro Carpenter and Unknown Party In Possession n/k/a Elba Valdettaro are Defendants, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 17th day of August, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 45, MIZNER POINTE OF BOCA, VIA ANCHO P.U.D., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
