NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 16, 2026 entered in Case No.: 35-2026-CA-000550 of the Circuit Court in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein NICOLE M. PEREZCASSAR and JOSE E. PEREZCASSAR are the Defendants, that that Gary J. Cooney, Esq., the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the Jury Room on the first floor lobby at the Lake County Judicial Center, 550 West Main St., Tavares FL, on SEPTEMBER 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
