NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2026 entered in Case No. 502025CA012487XXXAMB, Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein BOYNTON LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, not-for-profit is the Plaintiff and MARIO SAINT FORT, DIEUVENIE SAINT FORT THERO, CLEFF SAINT FORT, and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Mike Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of August 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
