MARY HELEN WILEY, CHRISTOPHER GABE, and JESSIE GABE, JR. their spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and/or assigns, both known and unknown.
You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, in the case entitled IRON OAK HOMES, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff, v. MARY HELEN WILEY, CHRISTOPHER GABE, and JESSIE GABE, JR., their spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and/or assigns, both known and unknown, Defendant(s), alleging that Plaintiff, including successor(s) and/or assign(s) prior to and/or after this suit, is/are/were the record owner(s) of the fee simple title and is/was in possession of the following described real property, to wit:
Lots Thirty-three (33), Thirty-four (34), Thirty-five (35) of Block Fifteen (15), in OAK PARK ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
And
Lot Thirty- six (36) of Block Fifteen (15), in OAK PARK ADDITION and Lots Thirty- seven (37), Thirty- eight (38) and Thirty- nine (39), of Block Fifteen (15), in AMENDED PLAT OF OAK PARK ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. (collectively the "real property")
Said Petition alleges that you have clouded the real property and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property. You are hereby notified that unless you answer said Petition of the Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before January 5, 2026, the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered and a Decree quieting Plaintiff's title, including Plaintiff's successor(s) and/or assign(s), to the above-described real property will be entered against you.
