Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: foreclosure sale to satisfy unpaid property taxes on your interest in the property as described in the Buncombe County tax records as PIN: 963836034400000 and being all that certain tract or parcel of land as same is set forth and described in a Deed dated September 30, 1982 from Fred C, Fore and wife, Helen Phillips Fore, Grantors, to George R. Chambers and wife, Marilyn J. Chambers, Grantees, and recorded in Deed Book 1493, Page 465, Buncombe County, North Carolina Registry.
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than November 27, 2025 and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
