The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: 1) for a judgment setting aside the November 20 deed and reverting the title of real property back to the Heirs of Brenda Joyce Jolly; 2) for a judgment to quiet title in the Heirs of Brenda Joyce Jolly's name; 3) for a judgment in an amount to be proven at trial.
