By virtue of a certified copy of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale ("Judgment") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on May 23, 2025 in a case entitled, Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, Inc. v. James A. Brimm, Deceased, Sadia Brimm, James Brimm, Jacob Brimm, Jacy Brimm, Department of Metropolitan Development, and The Treasurer of Vanderburgh County, in Case No. 82D05-2411-MF-006634, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Judgment with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of October, 2025 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
St. Theresa Place, a replat of Lot # 2 in the amended plat of St. Theresa No. 2, Lot # 3 Book V, page 65 in the office of the Vanderburgh County Recorder.
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
