NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a Judgment Entry and Decree of Foreclosure ("Decree") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on May 8, 2025 in a case entitled, First Federal Savings Bank v. Jennifer L. Wagner, et al, in Case No. 82D07-2501-MF-000440, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of October, 2025 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
Lot Three (3) in Dragonfly Subdivision, a subdivision lying in the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book S, Page 87, in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
