NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of an In Rem Judgment Entry and Decree of Foreclosure ("Decree") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on October 23, 2025 in a case entitled, Liberty Federal Credit Union v. Jillian Wynn in Case No. 82D01-2509-MF-005774, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
Lot Ten (10) in Melody Hill Subdivision Number Seven (7), an Addition lying near the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book J, Page 157, in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Also part Eleven (11) in Melody Hill Subdivision Number Seven (7), an Addition lying near the City of Evansville as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book J, Page 157, in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Eleven (11); thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot, Ten (10) feet; thence Easterly in a straight line to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot to the place of beginning,
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
