NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE. TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of Judgment of Default entered on December 10, 2025, and an Amended Judgment entered on March 30, 2026, the Sheriff will sell the below-described premises to satisfy the judgment amount below at public auction as follows:
DATE AND TIME
10:00a.m. on May 27, 2026
JUDGMENT AMOUNT: $38,883.60 plus the outstanding mortgage balance of $101,690.21.
TERMS OF SALE:
1. Ten percent (10%) of the successful bid must be paid to the Sheriff at the sale in Cash or cashier's check, payable to the Clerk of Courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid in to the Clerk of Court in cash, cashier's check, or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to Plaintiff.
2. The Property is sold "as is" and subject to all unpaid real estate taxes and the mortgage lien to Fox Communities Credit Union which shall be satisfied from the proceeds of sale. As of the time of posting this Notice, there are no delinquent or unpaid real estate taxes upon the subject property.
3. Buyer to pay applicable Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Tax in addition to the purchase price.
PLACE: Sheriff's Office Target Room located inside the Investigative doors at 2684 Development Dr., Green Bay, WI 54311.
