TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of Judgment of Default entered on December 10, 2025, and an Amended Judgment entered on March 30, 2026, the Sheriff will sell the below-described premises to satisfy the judgment amount below at public auction as follows: DATE AND TIME 10:00a.m. on May 27, 2026 JUDGMENT AMOUNT: $38,883.60 plus the outstanding mortgage balance of $101,690.21.
