NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Tippecanoe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 79D02-2511-MF-000138 wherein The Farmers Bank, Frankfort, Indiana was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Abe R. Zell, Deceased, and any Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 1, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, online at www.zeusauction.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 13 in the Original Plat of Clarksville, now called Clarks Hill, Indiana, located in Lauramie Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
