NOTICE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DUE ON IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK, ARIZONA, IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 All persons owning property in the Town of Queen Creek Improvement District No. 1, heretofore assessed for improvements will take notice that an installment of interest will become due and payable to the Town of Queen Creek, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, Arizona, 85142 on or before the 1st day of June 2026. If not so paid on or before said date, the same will become delinquent and five percent (5%) penalty will be added to the amount thereof. This notice has been published in accordance with A.R.S. section 48-545 and only pertains to 29 commercial parcels that fall within the boundaries of the improvement district.
