NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
In compliance with North Carolina General Statute 143-318.12, I hereby give notice of a Special Meeting of the Cleveland County Water Board of Commissioners, for Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 8:30 AM. The meeting time and place was adopted unanimously by the Board of Commissioners at their Regular Meeting on January 13, 2026. The location of this meeting is the Commissioner Board Room of the Cleveland County Water Operations Center located at 715 Polkville Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
The purpose of the meeting is intended for the Board of Commissioners to hold an annual Retreat and for the discussion of topics and goals related to Cleveland County Water projects.
