NOTICE OF STREAMLINED BUSINESS COMBINATION APPLICATION Fisher National Bank located at 102 E. Division Street, Fisher, Illinois 61843, intends to apply to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") for permission to purchase and assume from INB, N.A. certain assets and liabilities attributable to a branch facility INB maintains at 109 South Main Street, Fairmount, Illinois. The OCC considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the Application including the record of performance of Fisher National Bank and performance in meeting local credit needs. Fisher National Bank shall maintain the branch facility as a fully operational banking facility. Any person wishing to comment on this Application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the OCC, 211 Fulton Street, Unit 604, Peoria, IL 61602 no later than July 10, 2026.
