On July 7, 2026, Plaintiff filed an In Rem Complaint to Foreclose Mortgages ("Complaint") in the Vanderburgh County Superior Court under the above-referenced cause number to, among other things, foreclose any and all interests in certain real property located in Vanderburgh County, described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Seventeen (17), Township Five (5) South, Range Eleven (11) West in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is located by measuring South 01 degree, 05 minutes, 21 seconds West along the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section from the Northeast corner thereof a distance of Seven Hundred Seventy-six and Four Hundredths (776.04) feet to the place of beginning; from place of beginning thence South 68 degrees, 52 minutes, 30 seconds West Two Hundred Forty-eight and Sixty-seven Hundredths (248.67) feet; thence South 16 degrees, 04 minutes, 30 seconds East Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet to the center of the St. Joseph-St Wendel Road; thence North 77 degrees, 20 minutes East along the center of said road Eighty-nine and Seventy-six Hundredths (89.76) feet; thence North 81 degrees, 38 seconds East along the center of said road Seventy and Twenty-one Hundredths (70.21) feet to the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North 1 degree, 05 minutes, 21 seconds East along the said East line Three Hundred (300) feet to the place of beginning, containing One and Twenty-four Hundredths (1.24) acres, more or less,
commonly known as 1141 Saint Wendel Road, Evansville, Indiana 47720 (the "Real Property"). You are listed on the legal title to the Real Property. You are named as Defendants to answer as to any and all interests you may have in or to the Real Property. The Plaintiff is represented by Whitney L.
