NOTICE OF SUIT and SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION The State of Indiana to the biological FATHER, FRANKLIN MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ DAIZ, and any other persons who may be concerned: On May 8th, 2026 at 1:30 pm, in Marion County Superior Court 24 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a hearing will be held to determine whether a custody order and related relief should be entered for JOSE MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ-ORTIZ. If you do not respond prior to the hearing, the court may enter a custody over the minor child. A copy of the petition has not been sent to you as we are unable to obtain an address. You may have the option to answer without appearing in court on the court date by filing a written Answer with the clerk of the court before the court date. You must send a copy of your Answer to the Plaintiff(s) named above at their address. You may contact the clerk of court at the telephone number above to determine if there are other methods to answer a Petition for Custody in that county. JOSE may attend the hearing and be represented by an attorney. The petition may be heard and determined in the absence of JOSE if the court determines that the presence of JOSE is not required. If JOSE attends the hearing, opposes the petition, and is not represented by an attorney, the court may appoint an attorney to represent JOSE. The court may, where required, appoint a guardian ad litem to represent JOSE at the hearing.
