CASE NO. 029-25-0771 SEX: FEMALE DOB: 11/18/2025 A Child Under the Age of Eighteen NOTICE OF SUMMONS TO: Shatequa Mattox By order for service by publication filed December 22, 2025, you are hereby notified that on December 10, 2025, the Georgia Department of Human Services' Division of Family and Children Services, by and through the Clarke County Department of Family and Children Services, filed a Dependency Petition ("Petition") against you as to child A.M. A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the Athens-Clarke County Clerk of Juvenile Court. This Court has scheduled a hearing on the above-styled matter for February 16, 2026 at 11:00 o'clock A.M. at the Clarke County Juvenile Court, located at the Clarke County Courthouse, 325 E. Washington Street, Athens, Georgia 30601. All findings shall become final at the scheduled hearing unless you appear for the hearing. This is a very serious matter. You should contact an attorney immediately so that you can be prepared for the court hearing. You have the right to hire an attorney and to have him or her represent you.
