Approved on the Consent Agenda: February 11, 2026 Regular Meeting, February 18, 2026 and March 4, 2026 Special Meeting minutes; Clerk's Report for February 2026; Payroll of $22,329.79; Accounts Payable of $1,107,989.31; and February Fire Authority runs and correspondence. Guest Speakers: Fire Chief Slankster; and Waterworth, Inc. regarding water and sewer rate analysis. Approved Business Items: Water and sewer rate resolution; salary resolutions for Clerk, Treasurer and Supervisor; professional service payments (McKenna, legal, and engineering); adoption of Ordinance 02A-2026; CWSRF interest payment; streetlighting agreement (Shea/Starville); audit services agreement (Yeo & Yeo); warning siren maintenance; Planning Commission appointments; training, reimbursements and dues; Resolution #R-2026-06; and 2026 Road Commission agreements for mowing, chloride and limestone. Tabled Items: Joe's Garage (May 13, 2026); LED lighting (April 8, 2026); and Leo's Pest Control contract. No Action Taken: Council on Aging funding request.
