To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. The site has been classified as Tier II pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0500. On March 17, 2026, Madison Brussels, LLC, filed a Tier II Classification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
