PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
The Town of Calumet Plan Commission will hold a hearing on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, located at W2104 Hwy HH, Malone, WI 53049, to consider the following:
1. Carly and Klye Gresk, owners of Gresk Properties, LLC, 2310 Tara Drive, Racine, WI 53402, along with Ryan Odya, request a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Tourist Rooming House located at N10198 Gulig Rd, Malone, WI 53049, Tax parcel T05-17-18-99-BC-260-00.
2. Carly and Klye Gresk, owners of Gresk Properties, LLC of 2310 Tara Drive, Racine, WI 53402 request an initial license to operate a Tourist Rooming House located at N10198 Gulig Rd, Malone, WI 53049, Tax parcel T05-17-18-99-BC-260-00.
3. Thomas Horsch and Mark Horsch, owners of Horsch Farms, LLC of W1087 County Road HH, Malone, WI 53049, request a rezone of property one (1) acre east of W853 Kiel Rd, New Holstein, WI 53061 on Tax parcel T05-17-19-26-11-007-00 from Farm Preservation to Residential.
