NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN LICENSE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 1, 2026, a change will occur in the ownership of NJ Liquor License 1327-33-011-013, Coastal Restaurant Group, LLC, dba Reef and Barrel. At that time the Operating Agreement of Coastal Restaurant Group, LLC, dba Reef and Barrel will be revised to transfer the twenty five percent (25%) ownership interest currently held by Robert Fahey to Robert Fahey, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company wholly owned by Robert Fahey.
