NOTICE OF TRUST ADMINISTRATION To all persons regarding William Dale Brentnall, deceased, who died on or about November 5, 2025: Notice is given that Barbara Mahan is the sole successor Trustee of the William Dale Brentnall Trust. Any action to contest the validity of the trust must be brought in the Iowa District Court for Story County within the later to occur of four months from the date of second publication of this notice or thirty days from the date of mailing this notice to all heirs of the decedent settlor and the spouse of the decedent settlor whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any action not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is given that any person or entity possessing a claim against the decedent or the trust assets must mail proof of the claim to the trustee at the address below by certified mail, return receipt requested, by the later to occur of four months from the second publication of this notice or thirty days from the date of mailing this notice, if required, or the claim shall be forever barred, unless paid or otherwise satisfied. Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the trust are requested to make immediate payment to the trustee. This notice is given pursuant to sections 633A.3108, 633A.3109, and 633A.3110 of the Code of Iowa.
