SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF KITSAP, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
The property is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated September 15, 2021, executed by WILLOW CREEK MANOR, INC., AND JEFFREY D. COLE as Trustors, to Alan E. Millet WSBA #11706 as Original Trustee, and to CP1, LLC as Beneficiary, recorded on January 30, 2023 under Auditor's File No. 202301300156 in the records of Kitsap County, Washington.
The default for which this foreclosure is made is as follows:
Trustor failed to pay all principal and interest due on the Maturity Date of June 10, 2024.

Anyone who has objections to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections at the sale or may file an action to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. You may contest this default by initiating court action in the Superior Court of the county in which the sale is to be held.
