NOTICE OF U.S. MARSHAL'S AUCTION SALE In the Matter of SOUTHPORT MARINA DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC d/b/a SOUTHPORT MARINA v. M/V ZOZO N' ZAZA U. S. DISTRICT COURT for the Eastern District of Wisconsin - In Admiralty - Case No. 25-cv-0663-bhl The United States Marshal for the Eastern District of Wisconsin will conduct an auction sale of the M/V ZOZO N' ZAZA, a certain 1990 Silverton 34C motor vessel, 34.6 feet in length, HIN STNCO216H990, together with her engines, tackle, fittings, gear, electronics, and appurtenances at 1:00 p.m. E.D.T. on April 17, 2026 in the lobby of the United States Federal Building and Courthouse, 517 East Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202 pursuant to an order of the Court entered December 4, 2025. The auction sale of the vessel will be made to the highest and best bidder at the time of the auction sale and as provided in the Court's order including: - The vessel is sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, guarantees, or representations and with no attestations as to the accuracy of its description at its current location at Southport Marina, 21 - 56th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53140; and, - The successful bidder is required to make a non-refundable deposit at the time of the auction sale in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the successful bid by cash or cashier's check; and, - The remaining balance, if any, of the successful bid must be paid by cash or cashier's check within three (3) days of the auction sale, or the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and the sale to the highest and best bidder voided; and, - Payments by cashier's check shall be made payable to: Clerk, U.S. District Court; and, - Southport Marina Development Co., LLC has the right to make a credit bid.
