NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY/NOTICE OF SALE The Fayetteville Police Department hereby provides notice pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes §15-11 through §15-17 that it will sell to the highest bidder for cash certain items of unclaimed property, which have been in the custody of the Fayetteville Police Department for a period exceeding 180 days. The items will be sold to the public via an online auction. Potential buyers can access and purchase items for sale at www.Propertyroom.com twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, starting thirty (30)days after the date of this publication. The unclaimed property consists of the following: Bicycles, Electronics, Kitchen Utensils, Hand/Power Tools, Computers, Computer Accessories, Printers, Jewelry (including but not limited to rings, necklaces, bracelets and watches), Cell Phones, Stereo Equipment, Televisions, Misc. Clothing, Sporting Equipment, Lawn Equipment, Books, Copper Wire, Camera Equipment, Musical Instruments/Accessories, Small Safes, Suitcases, Backpacks, Gaming Systems, Video Games, Compressors, Collectible Cards, Laptops, and assorted documents Any person(s) who may have a claim or any interest in the unclaimed property categorized above shall notify the Fayetteville Police Department of the claim within thirty (30) days of the date of this publication.
