NOTICE OF VARIANCE APPLICATION
Please TAKE NOTICE that Benjamin Willey has applied to the Runnemede Planning/Zoning Board for a D Variance (commonly known as a "use variance") to convert a pole barn on their property into a living space.
The property is located at 310 Sunnybrook Rd, on Block 152, Lot 7, in the Borough of Runnemede.
A public hearing regarding this application will be held on June 24, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Borough Hall, 24 N. Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections you may have to this application.
The application is available for examination at the Borough Clerk's office during normal business hours.
