NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that Alfre, Inc. d/b/a Mrs. Wilson's, a New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation, with its principal place of business located at 56 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960, has elected to dissolve voluntarily, effective April 17, 2026. All creditors and claimants against the corporation are hereby notified that they must present their claims for payment against the company by December 31, 2026. Submission Requirements: Claims must be submitted in writing and include the following information: 1. A detailed description of the claim, including the amount. 2.
