NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Seven Valleys Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at 11 Main Street, Seven Valleys, PA 17360. The following application is a continuation that will be heard by the Zoning Hearing Board.
Application #2025-03: Earl & Joan Landis, is requesting a Variance to Zoning Ordinance Section 302.e) to add a second principal use (add single-family dwelling to existing two-family dwelling), Section 408.c) requiring off-street parking, Section 305.d) & e) related to minimum lot size and building setbacks. The property is located at 35-37 Church Street, Seven Valleys, PA 17360, and is identified as UPI No. 83-000-01-0038.00-00000.
